Sous Chef – Live In Available



We are currently looking to recruit a Sous Chef for one of our prestigious clients on the outskirts of Chelmsford.

The venue is beautifully presented and the food offering reflects this with a seasonally changing fresh menu offering rosette standard food.

This company prides themselves on using new techniques and cooking methods to produce modern British and French cuisine.



-       Assisting the head chef manage the team

-       Cooking fresh produce to a high standard

-       Preparing food for following service

-       Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene

-       Communicating with front of house staff efficiently

-       Receiving and checking deliveries

-       Ordering and maintain stock 



·         Up to £28,000 P/A + Tips dependant on experience

·         Menu input

·         Ongoing career development for right candidate

·         Established independent
