A well-known 2 Rosette restaurant within a hotel and spa complex is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their team and help them continue to produce the highest quality food for their customers.

THE POSITION:           
You will be given the opportunity to manage your section, reporting directly to the executive & head chef.
This is a busy kitchen accommodating the main restaurant, function suites as well as a high demand for afternoon tea.
Strong menu input is expected alongside a keen eye for detail & execution of dishes.
Rosette standard experience is essential.
