Sous Chef - £25,000 + tips - Live in available 

Our client is a beautiful pub in a quaint village just outside of Colchester. They are serving local fresh produce to a high standard. They are also an award-winning restaurant, so the chef chosen for the position would receive a great opportunity to progress.    

This role will involve the candidate to take a managerial role. Running the kitchen in the head chef’s absence, preforming daily due diligence and ordering and maintaining stock. As well as this you will need to be able to run all sections in the kitchen and produce to a high standard. You will also have involvement in menu planning and development.
