Our client is one of the top restaurants in the Essex area, having won numerous industry awards including two AA rosettes.
The reason they are so successful is their high standards and attention to detail, they are independently owned by a family who are ultimate foodies and their passion for their restaurant, its team, customers and the industry as a whole is refreshing to see.

This is a key addition to an established team; you will work closely alongside the head chef to ensure that the existing high standards of food service are maintained.
This restaurant has a fantastic reputation for both its food and service, so to be considered for this position you need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of 2 AA rosette service standards, an in-depth understanding of seasonal dishes at this level as well as being well versed in fine wines.
You will be joining the team from a stable work background with at least 4 years management experience within rosette standard establishments. It is vital that you have the ability to communicate well with your team and ensure that the existing expectations of them are maintain in your appointment. Being a small and established team ongoing training and development is required, so you need to be able to pass on your experience to the team.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone with an acute attention to detail and dedication to your customers to ensure that the restaurant and team are in the best of hands.
